詞源[編輯]
不詳。可考於美國1901年，[1]作為美洲原住民的一個皮欽語英語用法出現。可能是仿譯自粵語 好耐冇見／好耐冇见，可對比no can do或chop-chop。若確實如此，則可能來自美國唐人街，或是香港等當時的英國遠東殖民地。[2]另可能來自美洲土著人，或者美洲原住民所使用的皮欽語英語，因其主要出現在美洲原住民的電影形象刻畫上，[2]對比湯頭（20世紀30年代）這一角色的用詞。
